Stella Artois

Stella Artois and QFT joined forces in 2005 to launch a creative three year association, designed to generate increased audiences for quality film and enhance film literacy.

The partnership reinforces the celebrated association which Stella Artois has enjoyed with quality film, adding an enterprising new element to its already substantial programme of cinema-themed events in Northern Ireland .

Since 2005, Stella Artois branded activity at QFT has included:

·         Frame by Frame with Stella Artois - in association with Arts and Business.  A series of workshops and film screenings followed by discussions with the film-makers. The series presented a close-up view of what makes a film work and guests included film critic Mark Cousins, film director Perry Ogden (Pavee Lackeen) and Oscar-winning producer Peter Fudakowski (Tsotsi).

·         Stella Artois Continental Classics - a late-summer selection of the very best in continental cinema.

·         Stella Artois Oscars Fever - the crème de la crème of Academy Award nominees screen at QFT in advance of the biggest film night of the year.

·         Glitter and Sparkle at the Oscars, in association with Stella Artois - a glittering evening of music and cinematic glamour to celebrate the Academy Awards in style.

·         Stella Artois Late Night Cult Classics - a celebration of the very best (and worst!) in cult film classics.
