BELFAST FESTIVAL AT QUEEN'S - BEATS OF MIND: FILM PROJECT

Beats of Mind is a short music documentary on the recent Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen's event of the same name.
On 5 October at Queen's Students' Union, Dak, Ras G and Kutmah provided a memorable glimpse into the Los Angeles Beat Scene and
this film visually reflects the Hip Hop-based instrumental compositions the artists brought to Belfast. The documentary also features the artists in discussion with music writer Andres Reyes and All City label head Olan O Brien. The film will be followed by Beats & Hip Hop-based selections from Belfast DJ collective The Hungry Ear.
Beats of Mind is a collaboration between the Ulster Bank Belfast Festival at Queen's and Hennessy, supported by Arts & Business.
