Bridging the Divide: Part One

QFT has been coordinating a cross community film project for young people called Bridging the Divide since 2006, with the support of the Belfast City Council. Part One has now been completed and resulted in three short films being made as well as a documentary of the process.

Bridging the Divide: Part Two

The public screening of Blow Out, a short film devised, scripted and performed by young people from Donegall Pass and Mornington community groups took place at QFT on Tuesday 29th May.

This short film and accompanying documentary is the result of Bridging the Divide: Two - a QFT Outreach project, in partnership with the Educational Shakespeare Company (www.escni.com) and two local community groups.

There was a short introduction and post film discussion, with all the people involved in the project present. This event was of special interest to youth groups, youth workers, teachers or anyone with an interest in community arts and film and was supported by the Belfast City Council.
